Wir würden dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Das Essen war geschmacklich okay, jedoch sehr hochpreisig für ein Bistro.

We had a family dinner with slightly over 20 people invited. I must say that the service, the wines, and the food were excellent. The view from the terrace is one-of-a-kind, absolutely world class The chef is especially known for the fish. Dont miss it!

This restaurant has been a favorite of mine over the past 3 years but lately it has (after a mgmt change) even at best mediocre. The view is still spectacular but the service level has dropped dramatically. I will give it one more shot but...I will not hold my breath!!! Visualizza piatti

I was recommended the restaurant by a colleague at work and decided to take my parents there I was not disappointed! A lovely setting with a great view of Lac Gruyere and on a day luckily enough to sit outside. We had the menu...de jour which was a very reasonable price but still very tasty......the full menu also looked very appetising. So together with excellent and friendly service, we had a great meal. My wife and I went there to eat one of the speciality of the house, tartare. It's raw beef meat, cut by hand, spiced.... First, a plate with meat from the region...ham, salami, dry meat ....then the main dish : My wife took a buffalo...tartare, with tasmanian pepper while I had the classical one...namely beef. Both were excellent, ...and enough The service was very good too...pleasent people, nice greeting, good service.

Nous pensions profiter d'une bonne table avec ce restaurant étoilé (brasserie), mais nous avons tout de même été déçu. Le personnel est dépassé, et le service ne suit pas. Les plats ne dépassent guère le niveau d'un simple bistrot de village. Toutefois, les prix sont corrects, et pas trop surfaits.Ayant été quelque peu déçu lors d'une première visite au restaurant gastronomique, nous sommes à nouveau perplexes du côté brasserie.Avec une vue et un cadre pareil, il y aurait mieux à faire ... we enjoyed the complete evening set menu, including the excellent cheese selection, and local wee recommended! the one thing we want is the seating that the tables are a little too close together, a little more private sphere would continue. the great overall experience. we were over at night (furnished, comfortable room) and had the breakfast was good there, although the selection was limited, there were very few guests, so this is understandable. overall we had a nice time there and do not miss to visit the village up in gruyere castle!

Pou fêter un anniversaire particulier, nous sommes retournés au Vignier et nous nous sommes offerts un menu gastronomique. Une jolie table pour un tête à tête avec vue surplombante sur le lac de Gruyère et le paysage verdoyant des Préalpes. Le service en salle était agréable et discret. Le menu estival, des poissons et crustacés variés, très bien préparés, bonne cuissons et assaisonnements réussis nous a conquis. Nous avons choisi des vins servis au verre et avons fait de belles découvertes qui accompagnaient parfaitement tous les plats.Une soirée exquise et réussie.

We stayed overnight (quiet, comfortable room), and had breakfast there too the breakfast was good, though the selection was limited there were only very few guests, so this is understandable.
