N'hésitez pas...c'est calme et la literie est bonne Parking juste à côté des chambres ,vous pouvez arriver tard ,réception 24/24 avec un bon accueil

le choix dans les plats chauds était varié de quoi satisfaire chacun, et nous avons apprécié le plateau de fromages dans la buffet des desserts. Les service rapide, sympathique et attentionné, bref un bon moment passé dans ce campanile de Béziers ! Visualizza piatti

bonne table pour une restauration de passage, repas avec formules très intéressantes ,le buffet est bien décoré et les produits présentés sont de bonnes qualités et frais. Un petit bémol pour l’entrecôte taillée trop fine pour qu'elle paraisse plus grande; mais ne convient pas pour une cuisson dite "bleu",

Nous avions choisi les buffets d' hors d'œuvre qui se sont révélés corrects car certains baignaient dans l'huile mais néanmoins variés.le personnel est agréable hormis la patronne puisqu'au moment de régler j ai émis le souhait de goûter un mini cake du buffet des desserts et il m a été répondu avec agressivité "fallait le dire avant.c est pas gratuit ".Certes d accord mais à 22 heures cette réponse est pour le moins non professionnelle

Friendly staff that speak basic English. Clean and comfortable. Good choice of food available in the restaurant. Nice buffet selection for breakfast. Nice coffee. Champagne by the half bottle. Traveling with a small well behaved dog which was allowed in the restaurant made the visit...even more enjoyable. Kettle and tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Good heating and a/c in the room. This is exactly what we expected for the price we paid. The hotel was clean and tidy and we wanted somewhere reasonable to stay prior to getting a very early flight home. We stayed on the floor (no lift available) so it was a...bit of a mission with our luggage. The room was clean, quite well equipped and fine to just get our heads down and sleep. The staff in the reception area were helpful and although we didn't eat there we had a look in the restaurant and it looked good.

Wasn't easy to find as was on a industrial type complex. Reception is at the till in the, what I call a cafe! When we arrived, about local time, there was a conference being held there so we had to fight out way through...the hoards of smokers standing by the entrance. Our room was at the top floor) and as there is no lift you can only take a limited about of luggage into the room, we were a bit worried about our golf gear being left in the car park overnight. Food is adequate, after breakfast we again had to fight our way through the cleaning staff who were having a cigerette break at the foot of the stairs who were reluctant to move or even reply to Bonjour! An experience we wouldn't want...

Besides the first class Staff, the location is conveniently near to All the rest was rather poor. The sink faucet was loose, so both hands were needed to have it working... within the frame. The TV turned on on its own at full volume...at AM and the remote did not work to turn it off. Guests program it as alarm, but the hotel does not consider to de-program it or, at least, have the remote in minimum working condition. WI-FI signal in the room was too weak. Sound isolation is non-existent. Breakfast consisted almost exclusively on sugar-boosted industrial products.
