"Nous habitons juste à côté de St Méloir des Ondes où se trouve ce restaurant et l'avons découvert par hasard en parcourant le site Trip Advisor ... Les avis plus que positifs nous ont interpellés et comme nous sommes curieux et gourmands , nous avons décidé très vite de nous y rendre ... Quelle bonne surprise que ce soit pour la déco , l'accueil et surtout les plats proposés ! Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés de l'entrée au dessert (une mention spéciale pour les ravioles de moules et saumon) sans parler des vins très raffinés ... Bref , nous avons passé un excellent moment et sommes ravis d'avoir un si bon établissement à deux pas de chez nous car c'est certain nous y retournerons ..."

"I've read a few incendiary critics... on the dismantled frame... but that's what we're looking for... not a rooftop flashing in Parisian pollution. What better than having, through the window, a painting of Mont St Michel bay? On the service... false!!! The staff is efficient and discreet. Even the young waiter, perhaps learning, was touching in his application to explain the dishes to us. Reviews on the kitchen... I wonder what people eat at home... Everything is just and golden. Cooking and spices respect local products. Only noble products in the twelve dishes. What about dessert Estran? Have the impression of plunging its spoon into the sand of the beach and taste these flavors so soft and surprising, enhanced by the iodine of the caviar of Aquitaine. "Extremely disappointed for several reasons 1. It was pretty cold in the restaurant at night and some people had to keep their coat all night 2. Servers were inexperienced and not "chaud/chaleaureux" 3. But the most disappointing is that the meat (which was cooked for 36 hours) was extremely dry (it should melt in the mouth) and almost not eatable, and when we spoke to the waitress in a very polite and gentle way, it just said 'OK' and we never saw it again. Not even a word like we're sorry or we'll talk about it with the leader. 4. In the end, we paid too much for what we ate and the service we have. This does not deserve a Michelin star, but rather a star "google magazine," I see that there is a doubt about the authenticity of this criticism. We had dinner on 10/12/2021. It is strange that you now answer that you would have increased the heating and that you care about it, because when we said that some foods were not going, no one was worried, listened and answered.
