Ermitage Maison d'Hôtes is a gem. A truly lovely spot with beautiful views out both sides no matter your room. Stayed for the balloon festival and it was an optimal location. The service is very nice, but the lady owner does not know how to behave by chasing some guests away from the table so that others can sit down. The way the lady speaks also leaves a lot to be desired (unless English is the problem). There is a lot of training in customer service, I advise to take advantage of it…

We just came from friburg and discovered this restaurant thanks to the Gourmand passport, so we moved there on a Friday night. Reservation in the morning without congestion. Friendly and warm welcome. We've opted for coal. as the dish is at discretion, the discount is granted for one person and not two, which is normal and understandable.Divers kinds of very tender meat and excellent accompaniments.If we are in the region we will stop again.

We discovered this restaurant thanks to the gourmet passport and we are not disappointed with the trip. reception and unreproachable service. the staff was very warm and at the small care. very tasty and refined cuisine. salmon and enter foie gras were of quality and very well served with special attention to dressage. for the dish, a bar net and very tasty original accompaniments and a cute net with perfect cooking and a succulent polenta. for desserts, a destructed cowrin with extraordinary artisanal ice cream and a beautifully presented chocolate diamond (the taste was of course)!
