Recommended. The terrace has an amazing view and the staff are lovely. The food is amazing and the portions are generous!

Ho mangiato qui due volte. Gli gnocchi erano i migliori che abbia assaggiato durante tutta la vacanza e anche i ravioli alle erbe erano meravigliosi. Il personale e il servizio eccellente, a un prezzo molto ragionevole.

Molto bene, soprattutto carne. abbiamo avuto menu in diversi servizi. bella vista sulla terrazza. un lungo servizio, champagne, acqua, tutto era caldo. nessun cubetti di ghiaccio, bicchieri di tè di ghiaccio in magazzino solo allora una coca e nient'altro. Solo profumi di ghiaccio. lo eravamo e il ristorante aveva capito che siamo stati mandati solo perché non aveva pianificato, ma non lo ha annunciato a noi! abbiamo aspettato più minuti per sostituire le voci mancanti con due piatti di pasta con salsa di pomodoro.

Having lunch for the 5th time (every year) and the fact that we stay in Ste Maxime, France, it should be a very good restaurant and yes it is! No complaints about the service. The owner speaks Italian and French and the staff is friendly, fast and helpful. The red house wine has got a very good price quality value. The food is tasty, fresh and home made. I like the pasta. Also the rabbit is delicious and do not forget the big wooden plate with gambas! Fantastic surrounding and the combination with Sanremo makes it worth to drive to this hidden place right in the hills. No credit cards, only cash, but no problem because the prices are very acceptable! See you in 2017!!

As some people stated before,they work without a menu. The chef just comes to the table and proposes some courses that already seem appealing while he talks about them. We were traveling with two adults and a little girl who's very demanding. The adults took the menu the chef proposed. Even if we didn't know exactly what it would be. Specialy for the little girl the chef made spaghetti bolognese/ragu. We received a tasteful appetizer, brandade with fish. And then the first dishes arrived!!! Just wonderful!!! Went for lunch with my wife and ordered ravioli with rabbit. Was dissapointed by the fact that there was practically no rabbit in the ravioli (i actually thought they had brought the ravioli with herbes) and when i mentioned this to the waiter he said this was normal as there's very little rabbit in the ravioli. I was then confronted by the owner who very arrogantly again explained this is the way they're meant to be. He never gave me the opportunity to explain myself and just went back to the kitchen. Together with 3 friends, we booked lunch at this restaurant on a Monday, as our favourite restaurant, Rio Barbaira, is closed on Mondays. We chose a set menu at 28,50 euros which included a choice of antipasti, pasta, main course and dessert. The waitress asked us if we wanted still or sparkling water and whether a local red wine would be acceptable. We were never shown a wine list or informed of any prices for wine and water. We assumed these were included in the set menu (as they are at the Rio Barbaira) and were surprised to discover they were in fact extra charges on the bill, as was the coffee.
