"I ordered the pulled BBQ chicken flatbread, which came with a piece of flatbread a lot of bbq sauce covered chicken on it and alot of rocket lettuce, along with some halloumi cheese which has honey and seeds on it , and i also ordered a Coke Zero, all of this food was fantastic! I loved it so much and I will definitely be coming back here! Service: Dine in"

"Went for a friends leaving party on Thursday night. Ordered off the 4 courses for £22 A few of us didn’t have dessert and asked our waitress would it be ok if we got a cocktail instead of the dessert option, our lovely waitress said it would not be an issue. After desserts since our “4 courses” included tea coffee (so we thought) a few of us ordered teas and coffees. Much to our dismay there was an extra £40 for drinks included. The girl who took our bill was rude and her attitude was much to be desired as she tried to “blame” our lovely waitress when we brought this issue up. She went and got the manager who claimed that the menu had changed and no longer allowed a cocktail substitute and teas and coffees were not included. He did alter the bill to remove the cocktails but we still paid for the teas and coffees. Thought it was false advertising and staff and menu should reflect these changes that have been put in place."

"Had a sumptuous Sunday lunch today at The Inn, Castledawson. Started with lovely selection of breads with selection of butters, which was appreciated. My husband and I both had turkey and ham with stuffing, served with mash and selection winter veg. The turkey and stuffing were delicious and the baked ham was so tender and tasty. Beautifully presented by pleasant staff members and so enjoyable. The best turkey and ham dinner I’ve had in years, and there have been many. Daughter had braised shin of beef, tender and tasty, and again very well presented. Brother had hake (fish of the day) which he really enjoyed. We’d two starters both choosing the fish cake, and two deserts, one apple crumble and the other raspberry and champagne posset. Finished off with decaf coffees and tea. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Already looking forward to my next visit ……"

"Had a beautiful flavoursome meal. Staff very attentive and informative explaining the menu and forthcoming with great recommendations. Compliments with the highest regards to the Chef for a superb meal. Only negative was the Restaurant itself was very cold, resulting in our early departure after starters and main courses. We were out to make a night of it and would gladly have sat on for desserts and wine. Sadly it was not comfortable enough to do so. I think our next meal from Taaj will have to be a carryout."

"The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I enjoyed my meal, which was served during dinner service. The price per person is in the range of £20-£30. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Stuffed Peppers with Beans Stew and the Church Club Sandwich."
