superb experience! the kitchen invites to the table, on each table a cooking plate, the chef arrives and he left for the show! apart from the show, the kitchen is mastered meats are succulent! the little dish, hang it fast, a little too fast to taste, we would have taken more time. We were well received: the servers. Its are very careful and very reactive. The first entry was incredible: a santiago and salmon macaron, seasoned perfectly, really reversing! then a calamar stuffed with chicken and small vegetables, all in subtlety. dishes cooked under our eyes to put our eyes full of them, were just as delicious for our taste buds. And finally a light dessert. There was nothing missing.

A nice discovery. unlike some comments, we have enjoyed ourselves. flavor agreements work correctly we can just regret a little peps in the spices. service may seem a little cold and expedient but it is in line with Japanese traditions. The show is certainly a bit short some chefs having more daring at other addresses. the wine card is still without being exceptional but it allows access to a good range which is not often the case in Asian restaurants it deserves to be emphasized.
