"We recently dined at Indian Lounge in Ramsbottom (after a successful match against Man U) based on the restaurant's positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The starter, while the pickles were good, featured stale poppadoms that were bendable rather than crispy. Our main courses continued the disappointing trend. My chicken tikka lava had tough meat and a gloopy sauce lacking the promised heat. The rice was also stodgy. My son's chicken balti had similar issues. The restaurant was busy but chaotic, with loud shouting coming from the kitchen. The atmosphere was unprofessional and not relaxing. I have eaten at many Indian restaurants in the UK and unfortunately, Indian Lounge ranks among the worst in my experiences."

We visited the restaurant for the mid week deal the food was inedible my friend asked for hers to be mild she was unable to eat this it was dry and also to hot to eat. The staff where Rude and did not care what...we thought Visualizza piatti

There are plenty of booths for enjoying your meal in private at this restaurant, with delicious food. The restrooms are very large and exceptionally clean. The music is relaxing and the staff is very friendly. Sadik, one of the waiters, is a sweetheart and takes excellent care of the customers. The prices are very reasonable and not too expensive.

We are not locals but visit Ramsbottom each year with a group of friends for a night out. This is now the third time in as many years we’ve had a group of people out and come here for food. The service has always been...excellent, Sadik especially. The food has never disappointing either. Thanks to the team for looking after us again on Thursday night. See you all soon again. Roy

There were a couple of large parties in the centre of the room but it didn’t affect the service or food,which were both first class. The popadoms were fresh,the starters delicious whilst the main courses neatly presented. The waiters were all smiles and constantly asking...whether the food was satisfactory. Three of us dined here once more and it was just as good as ever. My tandoori king prawns were to die for as were all the other dishes we had. The owner is always updating the restaurant and furnishings to an extremely high standard,...so it always looks modern and welcoming. It is spotlessly clean everywhere with lovely lighting too. The place was buzzing by pm a sign of how good this restaurant is. It's simply best Indian restaurant around and we'll be back regularly. Thank to you all for a lovely evening. David

My family has been dining at this restaurant for many years and we often drive 30 minutes just to pick up a takeout order. The restaurant is run by a family and the staff are very well-informed about the menu. The food has always been consistently high quality over the years. They even won a well-deserved Curry Life Award last year. When it comes to takeout, you can't go wrong with the curry set meal for two. It never fails to impress. I can't choose a favorite dish because they are all excellent. Keep up the good work!
