"Incredible Indian cuisine ! I strongly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Lausanne ! The chicken biryani and chicken tikka masala are the two main dishes that truly stand out. Do try the paneer and butter chicken, they are also delicious. The mango lassi is also great. The restaurant has pretty maharaja themed decor, with areas that are suitable for seating big groups. Hosts Preeti and Harmeet are very kind and hospitable.Thank you for a wonderful lunch, will definitely come back ! Photo: Close up of the mouth-watering Chicken Biryani. We had a Friday night dinner with the family. The food was good and tasty. We all loved our choice (two vegetarians) and it matched our preferred spicy level. The four of us shared starters and had each a main course. The service was good...and very friendly.

we visited here with my family, eating is okay and so is the ambiente. we really did not feel happy to have to wait for half an hour for the starter, over an hour 20 minutes for the main meal and then 50 minutes for chai... after the main dish (yes, I have all done it!) but they have set up their staff, it does not work properly.

a very accommodating place that helped me and my vegan children choose a delicious meal and give us a range of options. faster and pleasant service, fast and efficient. even if we missed the open buffet, they served us a la carte . very tasty. Indian food did not make too spicy as we wanted! we'll see you later when we're in town.

Shame, the poor service does not give credit to its excellent food. Ruined the experience. They run a take-away while hosting over 25 tables, they simply cant cope with the demand and they dont prioritise. Waiting 1h20 minutes for main course, the people behind me...1h30 for their soup! When confronted the owner about the wait, they got very agressive blaming, not even an apology, big shame.

Definitely the best Indian restaurant in the Lausanne suburb area! We spent a dinner there and really loved all dishes which were excellent, tasty and cooked with passion by the Indian chef. Be however careful with the spice level. You have to give a number...over 5 but in my opinion 2 is already... spicy enough for a European : The service was very friendly and professional as well. We would just note the outside and terrace that would need a big refreshment to be more cosy and get the global excellent mark. But the food itself is definitely excellent.
