"We went to La Brasserie du Royal , and it was an incredible food experience. I got very surprised how creative was the food. We tried their appetizers, which were all superb, my favorite being l 'oeuf parfait (the prefect egg). The young staff is extremely friendly,...professional, and very attentive. They were also very accommodating to our dietary requests, despite us not giving them an advanced notice. I also had one of the best desserts of my life at this restaurant, which really capped off the meal on an excellent note. Highly recommended!"

Nice layout and decent/good starters/main courses. Desserts are average (given pricing) and waiters need to be more focused. Ok to go back, but not on my priority list

from beginning to end impeccable. culinary experience and excellent wine list. very comfortable device makes this place a must in lausanne. Compared to other posh start restaurants, this place stops effortlessly!

the place offers pleasant rest for good talks. the service is respectful and competent. the graved lachs with crisp sweet appetizer delicious and the fish crispy fine. a green tea in the foyer and you are strengthened for the afternoon.

it used to be a safe card, but as they changed the cooks, the things are no longer the same. the sea bream carpaccio was no carpaccio at all. buttons made of raw fish! the passion fruit and the lime does not taste. the service was...fitted, they stretched over the table before them to place the plate. the service was very slow and not competent. not back!

5 minutes walk from the lake. very cozy restaurant in the private park of the royal savoy hotel 5.* in summer, highly recommended to book a table on the terrace. ideal place for dinner and dinner as well as for romantic. dinner the staff is very flexible to discuss a menu for family special events. really, a very good rapport quality / price, perfect service. I would recommend the Quinoa salad (not only for vegetarian! and bark carpaccio as the first cure; roasted meeresbass or plancha cooked poulp as the main course.
