"Hi Michael. I have just spoken with Mike and he asked me to email you. It’s with regards to our evening meal last night (17/11/18). Me and my husband were treating my parents as a thank you and took them to your restaurant as a treat as we have both dined there before and enjoyed it. I have dined in Jamie’s Italian in a few restaurants all over the country and even in Bangkok. Anyway, the meal wasn’t up to standard last night and was disappointing. I did not want to say anything last night as I didn’t want to cause embarrassment with my parents. My Mums beef burger was very tough, I tasted it and it was too chewy, unfortunately she could not eat it and just eat the bun and chips. My Dads sirloin steak was tough too and he struggled to chew it. My husbands tomahawk pork chop was good he said and he enjoyed it. My prawn linguine only had a few prawns and lacked flavour. Really good location in central Liverpool. Friendly service given by very helpful waiter. Nice menu and all food freshly prepared. Very nice meal thanks.

Jamie would cry if he came here. Been to other Jamie's before. Always have to order soft shell crab every time it's on the menu. Soft shell crab was not

Yes we would recommend Jaimies Liverpool, we had a lovely evening all though rather noisy to say the least but the food was lovely and the staff very polite and accommodating we be back again soon x

Hey Jamie, nice job. I booked a table for our 20th wedding anniversary using gift vouchers we received as a gift. Unfortunately, the restaurant has closed down and now the gift vouchers are non-refundable.

I had visited this restaurant a few years ago and loved it so much that I had to come back. The food and service were excellent. However, I was disappointed to find that the portion sizes have become smaller for the price. It's a shame because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Liverpool.
