"We had booked a joint birthday celebration following a visit to J D Youngs earlier in the Summer, and wanted to return to dine in the beautiful restaurant area. The service was great, fully explained the menu, about the Harleston area and checked on us throughout our dining to check if we needed anything else ie more drinks/condiments etc, and asked how our food was. The food was well presented and very filling! The restaurant was warm and busy, providing a great atmosphere (especially on a Sunday evening in January). It felt like the start of the weekend as opposed to the end! They also arranged huge sparklers in a cake we had brought ourselves, and kindly cut up so we could all take some home. We were also surprised with a voucher for our next visit as a birthday treat. The management came to say hello which was very welcoming. It was great to see Danni and his team."

Went there for my birthday breakfast, they didn’t know it was my birthday and they gave me a £10 voucher, how lovely was that

had a frying not very hot side veg and cauliflower cheese cold and small portions themselves was quite usually not brilliant, but edible. not a place where I would go back

We booked a table for 4, we was greeted with smiles from the lovely staff and had a fantastic evening. The food was great quality, large portions too. Fantastic service from the staff and the ambiance was lovely! Can not wait to return! Highly recommend

Great hotel and really nice staff. My only pickle was the lack of sign/directions in the hotel telling where your room number is. I find myself opening random hallway doors like a maze to count the numbers. A few signs indicating where your room is would be perfect. Also the handheld shower head for room 11 didn't work but didn't bother me really. Will stay again when I'm working this direction. Cheers, Warren Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
