"There are many things I miss about China.One of them (pretty high at the top of the list) is hong shao rou (红烧肉).And let’s not talk around, it’s quite fat!But oh, my lord it is delicious!Making it at home is quite the process and the chances of getting it just right, are (depending on your skills) anything between slim and “not too bad”.But come on, let’s just be honest and admit that having a pro prepare it, is just the better option.It was only by coincidence whilst walking by, that I discovered what this Chinese Restaurant really serves.Mostly original Chinese Cuisine, instead of that all spread crispy duck (which I like a lot!) and chop suey (which I couldn’t care less about).Everything I ever ordered there (for friends and myself) was something I already eaten in China.Needless to state that disappointment was something I was prepared for.Since this is usually my state of mind when trying a Greek restaurant.The hopes are high, but because of too many bad experiences, the expectations are low.Here however I can clearly say, they nailed it!Simply amazing, delicious and worth every penny (cent actually) of their highly affordable prices.The braised vegetables, the fish, tofu and of course the Hong Shao Rou are exquisite.The interior has been modernized a while ago and looks great and inviting.I liked it more the way it was before (simple, humble, Chinese), but hey, that’s just me.All in all, this place is definitely one I would recommend and makes second place on the list of my top favorite Chinese restaurants outside of China!"
