This is a small chippy on the way to Inverness but everything was fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. We were so glad we stopped.

4 of us went for fish and chips after a lovely walk of the village. All had fish and chips, very tasty! Will recommend to friends and family.

Lovely friendly staff and speedy service. Eat in or take away. Tables outside as well. Decent fish and good crunchy batter. Very popular place in the centre of town.

The best Chips!! We had a lovely family meal here, the fish was AMAZING, as well as the battered sausage! Delicious. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to revisit on our next trip to the highlands

We nipped in for a sit down Tea during a recent stay in Kingussie and were treated to a lovely selection of Haggis, Fish, Chips and others bits and pieces, the Macaroni Cheese bites were delicious. Service was quick and the staff really friendly and smiling!

Arrived on a Thursday and was struggling a little to find a dog friendly place to eat as it's mostly BnBs in this area. Low and behold a dog friendly chippy! Friendly staff, clean sitting area and tasty food. I had the haddock supper and I wasn't disappointed.

I’ve been here a few times and the chips are sublime.The service is always with a smile BUT if you’re going to offer a doner kebab please make it atleast half decent. Presentation was nice but it was literally like eating cardboard infused plastic. Most awful kebab I’ve ever had. Nearly £7 too so far from impressed. Never again.

On holiday and was really looking forward to a Haggis supper. The haggis was a good size, that’s where the positives end. The batter was soggy and chewy and the chips were the same. I ordered onion rings and they were cooked fresh and still only just warm. Also the onion rings were cheap frozen stuff that was £3 for 7. You can get betters in Aldi freezer aisle. My advice is don’t bother.

I had a single fish and it was fresh and cooked to order. It was delicious and the best battered fish I have had in a long time. The batter was crispy and thick the way I like it and the fish very meaty. It is cooked in clean oil. Where I am from in Glasgow, there are so many chippies I cannot eat from as they dont change the oil frequently and the fish and chips have a funly, rancid taste because of it. Joe's Chippy in Kingussie sure know how to make great a quality fish and clean oil and great fish batter. I recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.
