The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We arrived late, but the restaurant was willing to stay open for us. We are grateful from Malaysia. This was some of the best Nepali and Bangladeshi food we had during our vacation.

I had dinner in this restaurant recently, the food is good in taste, although it is not good for people who do not like excess spices or oil in Curries. Service is good, although I found some food flavor like non-fresh, especially Paneer Curry. Food quality is average and can be tested once.

I ordered from Deliveryoo and the first time the food was crushed, but the second time everything was fine. The food is incredible and the casual options on the menu are delicious. The rice with cumin is especially great. They have a large selection of dishes ranging from spicy to rich and creamy. This restaurant has become my new favorite in South Indian. I would give it a 10/10 rating.

The food came nearly 2 hours late and it was cold. The customer service was awful, I called them 3 times every 10 min after 1 hour and 15min the staff over the phone was saying '5 min away driver stuck in traffic ' when the restaurant is 15min away from me. The service from them was absolutely disgraceful even from the driver. The food was awful. This is to everyone please don 't order or eat from there. They don 't even know how to apologise.

Takeaway came fast and food seemed nice. The portions were small compared with others. The big problem was my paneer makhani, a veggie dish, had a few small pieces of chicken in the sauce. Not the first time this has happened to me from Kadai Naan, so I assume they use chicken stock or something in the sauce, meaning the veggie dishes are not veggie. Called to ask, and they claimed there was no meat used, and then asked me why I had ordered chicken dishes if I was veggie (the order was for 2 people) Based on this I 'd say veggies steer clear, as it completely ruined my 'treat ' after a hard week.

Food when it arrives is OK but has been going down hill of late take away orders often missing items, stingy portions of meat, or it's cold, or it's swilling around in the bottom of the bag the latter not great when half the order is for a vegetarian. When I've called up to let them know what's happened, once they did actually replace a dish to be fair, but the last time they just said they don't speak English and put the phone down. Have been using them for ages as I like their specials, particularly the Khursani Chicken and Nagaland Chicken. Otherwise pretty standard fare. Hopefully their service is better in the restaurant. Shame about the take away and customer service. Will go elsewhere...

very poor customer service I have ordered my food through just eat app@1:30 am and waited for 30 minutes to get it delivered apparently its show delivered in the app by around 2:25pm and I haven't got the food. I have called the restuarent since then no one answered and I tried the number for almost 30 minutes a guy who took the phone answered in a very rude manner and even if I was calling the customer with hunger I can hear the background keep on repeating the words what I have said and laughing finally they started scolding using F words I was really felt bad about the customer service they are providing and even they don't care about anything late after as soon as I cut the call I got a...
