in the last months the vegan options have been significantly sunk twice, it had no only vegan and not even heel milk dessert for a cappuccino.

Terrace upstairs has a great view. Peach pie was among the best I have had. For people who fancy a Finnish traditional cinnamon roll, this is also the place to go.

Quite cosy cafe, nice but overworked personnel. Good cappuccino, but really bad honey cake, dry, hard and burnt. Brownie slightly better, but very sweet. We will definitely not come back.

It is a bit cluttered but comfortably furnished with old tables, chairs and benches. I ate a delicious apple cinnamon cake here and a very good Doppio espresso. Unfortunately, the apparently legendary cream slices were already sold out.

We ordered 2 x daily pasta with porcini mushrooms, there wasn't a single porcini mushroom to be found on both plates, a hefty price of Fr.25. for dry pasta! The few magazines in circulation are biennial! Earlier I was excited about the gossip, but unfortunately it was a lot of reading, what a shame!

I had Focaccia sandwich which was not bad, a little too oily for my taste but flavours were nice. Due to Christmas they didn 't operate from normal menu so not all vegan options were available but staff was accommodative and made some food for us. Juices were fresh and lovely. Menu is in german not aware if English version is available, I would always double check with the staff if something is vegan and make them aware you only want vegan stuff as we found some of the staff was not as in-tune to the whole thing of not eating meat ... trust is good, control is better!
