"This is a lovely restaurant to visit, whether in winter or in Summer (When you can sit on the terrace outside). The food is delicious and good value. They do lovely brunches on Sundays once a month, and their other breakfast options are also very good and very filling. Whenever I have guests over visiting, I always bring them here. I was recently here for valentines day and it was surprisingly quiet, which was good for us! The food was absolutely fantastic and was presented beautifully. I can highly recommend their flammkuchen, particularly the sweet ones which I haven't seen anywhere else. The only problem I have with this place is that they don't allow you to have tap water, meaning i have to buy still water in a bottle which is wasteful. Oh, and they don't appear to have a menu in English which is a shame as it means I have to translate for guests, and if you don't speak German then you may find it quite difficult to order!"

Wollte nur einen Salat. Nach einer 1/2 Stunde immer noch nichts. Bedienung unterhielt sich mit anderen Gästen. Das Lokal war leer. Schade, sonst konnte man da gut essen.

Das Restaurant ist vortrefflich. Die Küche war von Beginn an gut, ich meine aber, dass sie immer besser geworden ist. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, umgänglich und effektiv. Das Preisniveau ist angemessen.

Although the menu is in German, they do speak English, though it seems a bit scary for the staff to be serving in English. Anyhow, the food tastes good and the place itself is cosy and seems to be favored by the locals. Nice terrace, too.

Der Service unterirdisch, das Essen Mittelmass,das Ambiente provinziell. Dieses Restaurant ist gut gestartet aber mittlerweile wirklich schlecht...im Umkreis von 10 gehminuten kann man fantastisch essen und trinken, in "echten" Läden mit tollem service und schönem individuellen Ambiente.

I went there for a beer after work with some friends and we decided to stay there for dinner. The ambient is really inside but the best is outside where in a cute little terrace you can enjoy the view of the Landwehr Kanal in the other side of the street.Service has been fast and super friendly every time we ordered something.Prices are acceptable and the portions are big enough for male stomachs. Delicious the avocado salad and the Calzone.I recommend it for spending nice time with friends or family. Good as well for big groups.

Super tolles Bufett welches immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Speisen klasse und unser Personal sehr nett.Enttäuschend war die Anordnung der Tische.Durch eine Gruppengröße von 35 Personen wurden wir auf 4 Tische aufgeteilt.Leider so, das man teileweise das Gefühl hatte, an einem "Katzentisch mit 6 Plätzen " zu sitzen, da dieser doch etwas Abseits stand.Hätte man bei geänderter Anordnung sicher verhindern können.Ansonsten lädt dieses Kleinod am Landwehrkanal zu Kaffee/ Kuchen und leckeren Speisen ein.Selbstgemachte Säfte und Cocktails sind klasse.Wer allerdings Treppen nicht mag, der sollte die sanitären Anlagen meiden.Rollstuhlfahrer habe keine Chance :-(
