"Kaskazuri has excellent food, fair prices and amazing views of the Bay of Biscay. This place was recommended to us by a Basque friend who lives in Donostia. We had dinner—my wife and niece ordered from the menu and I ate ala carte—primarily because I wanted the grilled octopus plate. It was delicious, tender and tasty with a perfect crisp to the texture. It came atop a bed of thinly sliced potatoes. I started with a fresh shrimp salad and crispy cod croquettes. I was even comped a delicious starter plate of foie gras. Our server told me the manager knew I was spending a bit more with the ala carte selections and wanted to take care of me. This kind gesture, along with the rest of the first-class service, helped make for an overall great experience. We came for a Sunday dinner and I had made reservations online, which I recommend given the popularity of this restaurant."

La comida está muy buena pero el trato que recibimos del personal fue pésimo, muy groseros sobre todo la mesera. Dos meseros mexicanos son los únicos amables del lugar, sobretodo Ricardo

Estupeda la comida. El menú fin de semana calidad-precio imbatible. Hay q reservar con bastante antelación porque siempre está lleno. Con bonitas vistas al mar aunque ahora no se ve bien porque hay andamios en el edificio. Recomendable 100%para comer bien.

What a fantastic and amazing little spot right by the sea! I don't think that the food can get any fresher or tastier! If you love seafood and an absolute banging cheesecake, you'll have to try this place out! The menu of the day is varied and very affordable for the quality of food that you are eating. The ambiance is very romantic and clean with an amazing view of the sea...wall! You won't really be able to look outside and see the sea fully but don't let it deter you. Es un restaurante no muy turístico frecuentado principalmente por españoles y solo accedido con reserva. Con un poco de suerte te acostumbrarás en la típica hora de comer española (a eso de las 13:00 a 13:30) y serás capaz de encontrar una mesa, como nosotros lo hicimos! No te decepcionará en absoluto! El pescado es excelente (yo probé la sopa de pescado y un trozo de salmón con patatas) y los postres son deliciosos (probé también el pastel de queso).
