"Order was missing 3 whole milkshakes £18) Phoned up store. Manager stated there was “nothing she could do” for me. Saying even though I placed delivery I would have to come and collect the outstanding items. Proceeded to then not assist in helping with a refund, then hung up on me twice, then when she picked back up she insisted it was not her who hung up and lied that she hadn’t. Order was placed around 2100hrs, the phone call I had with the manger was around 2204hrs and it was quite clear she was 4 minutes past her clock off time and gave no consideration to the customers dilemma that her store had placed them in. Truly the worst piece of customer service I have been receipt off, I truly hope the SLT at Kaspas trace the call back and review it in hope of using it to provide better training to others. And I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy however, the manger I spoke to needs to be dealt with, and stuck on some development plan. Romford store 2200hrs, female European manager approx 20-30 years old."

I asked what time we could order till and they said 10pm, then refused to serve us at 9.40. Awful customer service. Don't bother.

Really loud music, couldn't understand any of it, asked them to turn it down a little, nothing changed, the guy behind the till couldn't understand the order, do not recommend.

As a tourist, went with friends and found hair in my food. Staff were so rude and weren’t helpful, they tried called security and told us that we lied about the hair! Wouldn’t recommend at all based on the customer service.

The food was excellent, with a fantastic presentation and incredible flavors. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. The entire restaurant was spotless and well-maintained.

I went to this restaurant with my family after cooking a big roast at home. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were really friendly. Adrian's energy, in particular, was fantastic and a true asset to the team. The food was also delightful and I will definitely be returning.

Customer service was non existent. No smiles from the staff, the girl serving us told us to wait while she was doing stuff on an iPad which looked like inventory. Music was too loud. Back bar looked really messy in front of customers. Delivery drivers putting there bags on customer tables. Not very covid friendly. Staff not wearing masks. Staff not encouraging others at door to where masks. It was all a bit of an uncomfortable experience.

The food at this restaurant was amazing, but I wish they had a kids size option and a create-your-own milkshake feature. It was disappointing that although it was listed on the menu, the staff wouldn't allow us to do it. The bathroom was decent but could have been cleaner. The leftover ice cream made for a great late night snack. The prices were high, but overall, the experience was fantastic and a great place for children. I would definitely visit again. -10-year-old guest.

Absolutely horrendous customer service , I ordered a drink and after about 10-15 minutes I looked over and they were all starring and laughing at me after about 30 minutes of just ordering a drink a man came over because I was looking at them and asked if our meal was ok and I said I still haven't had my drink and they didn't believe me and the lady who took my order was just laughing at me absolutely horrendous will never go there again , don't recommend going there either !x
