"My order was very weird! I ordered a kebab around 10:30 p.m. and on Just Eat it was available and it delivered to my home! Then I get a call that it's an order to pick up but exceptionally they will deliver it to me! Once there, the delivery man cheers me up by telling me that they only deliver from two kebabs, that I should have moved and that they had only put meat and sauce as I had. nothing more mentioned when I had simply ordered a classic kebab… At the time I did not understand and suddenly I gave a tip of 8 chf, telling myself that that would settle the matter. In exchange I didn't even get a thank you, nothing! The delivery man left without saying a word. Incomprehensible.. I order food, I tip 8chf and in exchange I have an empty kebab and a delivery man on my nerves. (Original) Ma commande était très bizarre! J’ai commandé un kebab vers 22:30 et sur Just Eat il était disponible et il livrait à domicile! Puis je reçois un appel comme quoi c’est une commande à venir chercher mais qu’exceptionnellement ils vont me la livrer! Une fois sur place le livreur me fait la moral en me disant qu’ils livrent seulement à partir de deux kebabs, que j’aurais du me déplacer et qu’ils avaient mis que de la viande et de la sauce comme je n’avais rien mentionné de plus alors que j’avais simplement commandé un kebab classic… Sur le coup je ne comprend pas et du coup je donne 8 chf de pourboire en me disant que ça réglera l’affaire. En échange je n’ai même pas eu un merci, rien! Le livreur est parti sans dire un mot. Incompréhensible.. je commande à manger, je donne un pourboire de 8chf et en échange j’ai un kebab vide et un livreur sur les nerfs."

Durum bien chaud. Pas assez de viande, trop de salade. Trop petit j’avais encore faim, et pour que moi j’ai encore faim c’est une dinguerie. Après peut être c’est parce que j’ai mangé sur place et qu’ils baissent les quantités. Je sais que c’est le cas avec les frites dans le menu hamburger. Y’en a plus à l’emporter que sur place.
