Excellent food.. It was a busy Friday night so a normal sort of wait but really tasty food with lots of choice/vegan vegetarian too. Many cocktails! Not for myself sadly but a great range of drinks too!

Absolutely terrible food…. Nothing like the one in Portsmouth!! Looks nice restaurant but the food was horrific cheap over priced. Absolutely terrible DO NOT GO THERE… rubber chicken ! Greasy fatty Duck

Service was great, but the food we had was mediocre, to be honest. It's not the worst Thai I've had but not even close to the best. If this place was voted best Thai in the area, then I won't be eating Thai in Poole again anytime soon. Was really expensive too.

Koh Thai has it about right. The quality is consistent and always good. The food is tasty and with banquet options with a fixed price per head, it saves the pain of splitting the bill when you are out with friends. Service is generally quick and polite. The Tamarind Duck is a favourite. Recommended.

Visited for an early evening drink with a view to booking a table for dinner. We were given drinks menus and instructed to take a seat; someone would come and take our drinks order....45 minutes later we were still waiting while staff were standing around chatting. We eventually left without a drink and without anyone noticing. Very disappointing service ; I'm glad we didn't book a table for dinner.

Amazing food. Sat on table for 2. Near the sunset picture. Food was incredible. Nice big portions. The waitress who looked after the table wasn't that great, very slim, dark long hair, .attitude problem. i felt like an inconvenience, walked away while having a conversation with her and then didn't acknowledge when i asked for the bill. Let the experience down which was unfortunate. Lovely atmosphere thou. Nice and busy. If it wasn't for our waitress it would of been a really lovely night. One thing I found weird was bringing your bill and card machine over at the same time. Barely had chance to see bill before card machined waved in my face to present my card.

The decor had a good warm feel from the outside, and the atmosphere inside just complemented the whole experience. All the staff were warm and friendly with a joyful smile on their faces at all times, which was lovely to see. They were very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choices for our evening meals. It was great to have a little natter with them, without them dropping their high level of service to others in the restaurant. Their meal choices for us met our requirement and were absolutely fantastic. They even catered for my special request to add fried egg to the coconut rice, where my partner gave me a weird look, but completed the task at hand. My partner and I loved the rice...

After our selected place was unexpectedly closed, we choose to go somewhere around and according to google maps Koh Thai was just around. We were not disappointed as the atmosphere was so awesome and staff looks very professional. Just start with a cocktail which was superb. Ordered main course with wine and after lil wait the dishes were on table. Small portion with big value didn’t look nice. Btw food was delicious without any doubt. Call waitress couple of times but seems it’s time to show who is boss at this restaurant, mean no one came. After third time, I’ll have to literally shout and finally being heard . On top of that they add service charges in my bill which was a JOKE but I’m hap...
