I have been living in Barcelona for the past 7 years and every summer I pass by Palafrugell and have one dinner at Kosa bistro. This is probably the best quality-price restaurant I have ever tried, and I am somewhat of a foodie. The menu is rich and carefully curated and the execution of every Dish is masterly.
