"Pre- covid, I was lucky to get a reservation here, but at the moment, no problem. Food, service, ambience just as good i.e. top notch. The last time I remember the sauces, which were sometimes heavily reduced and sometimes light, depending on the dish. More on the light side now. Also the brown shrimp course was a stand out last time but not as stark this time. Hooray for shrimp. There were barely cooked mussels( hooray), limpet reduction( better than chewing one) and at least three different fish. As L.A. overlooks the wide Atlantic sea this is to be expected. Wine pairing was well judged with some really interesting wines from various parts of Spain that I would otherwise not have tried ."

We ate a tasting menu that was incredibly good and a delight for the eye to see. The only negative thing was that the staff were so strictly impersonal, despite the proximity to us, no one reacted when we went.

Menjar de gran nivell i atenció immillorable. Treballen amb producte local, cosa que s'agraix. Per posar-hi un però, crec que els preus dels vins, son un poc excesius . La Aquarela restaurant was a positive surprise to be in Canary Islands ! A really nice Michelin star place with very decorative and innovative food and good service. The only negative thing is that it is very hard to find. There is no advice where it located in the information of the booking confirmation. There could be informed that you have to go inside the apartementos hotel and trough there you find the door to the restaurant ! In the given address is no door and bad signs ! Br. Jukka
