"We visited with friends as a birthday treat All of us are very passionate about food and we have collectively visited dozens and dozens of Michelin star restaurants including a number of 2 and 3 star restaurants. I can only assume that we were very unlucky as poor reviews seem relatively uncommon for this restaurant. We found the surprise menu concept very frustrating as they didn’t offer a wine flight and wouldn’t tell you what you were going to eat so it was impossible to order wines . The sommelier offered to provide us with wine by the glass but the choice was very limited and it was very poor value buying wine this way The wines in general were unreasonably priced. We noted 400 500% markups on a few wines we were familiar with. This just isn’t acceptable in my opinion,we would expect maybe 200 250% markup but not 400% We all found the food extremely salty and as each course came they seemed to get more and more salty . We couldn’t eat two of the courses and after 4 courses we had had enough of complaining and so decided to cut our losses and ask for the bill. The food was also incredibly drab and grey looking , the pictures we had seen of other dishes looked fab but we didn’t see any of this with what we were served with . Some of the ideas were also debatable one dish was lots of ways to prepare an onion, including onion ice cream ? All presented as a cold soup . There was also a very gristly piece of tuna that once again was crazily salted and served with a version of beef gravy . We also found the room and ambience poor. The acoustics were particularly horrid Without a doubt the worst Michelin experience I have ever had . I can only assume this was an off night but I certainly won’t be returning to give them the benefit of the doubt ."

Tres bon restaurant avec une vue magnifique et des serveur très souriant qui connaisse leur boulot des assiettes très travaillé un cuisinier qui connaît son boulot nous i retourneront et je le conseille vivement au top !!

En tout point le restaurant est remarquable. La table gastronomique, accueil, service et cadre exceptionnel. Privilégiez un jour ou la tramontane ne souffle pas trop fort pour bénéficier d'un service en terrase le midi ou le soir.

We were staying at the hotel and did not know what to expect. It was such a surprise with a delicious tasting menu and exquisite service. All the staff were top profesisonals and very friendly. Merci a toute l'equipe, nous reviendrons.

Not a bad spot for lunch, and pretty good food in a busy and charming location, but ironically at precisely the same cost for 4 (€226 with a little wine) as at the Hotel des Trois Mas just up the hill which has a Michelin star and is altogether classier.

L'emplacement est superbe, sur une terrasse sur la mer, face au Château Royal de Collioure, au calme, au frais. Accueil agréable et professionnel. Nous y avons déjeuné deux fois (le menu à 35€ est une affaire) et dîné une fois. Tout est bon, frais, soigné, original. Grande cuisine française. Belle carte de vins.

Une soirée gastronomique comme on en vit rarement. Un délice du début à la fin, découverte de produits que l'on n'aurait pas forcément osé seuls. La cuisine à base exclusivement de produits locaux de saison est sublimée par le chef. Service très prévenant et souriant, mais pas envahissant. Cadre exceptionnel avec la terrasse face à la mer et au port de Collioure. Bref, un lieu à recommander absolument!

Ma compagne et moi sommes allées mangé un dimanche midi du mois de juillet.Etant toutes deux veganes nous avons commandé le menu végétarien en demandant qu'il soit adapté sans lait/oeuf/miel (végétalien)Les plats étaient délicieux et le service attentif.Il y a eu quelques cafouillages au niveau des vins ce qui est un peu regrettable pour une table avec 4 étoiles.La vue est extraordinaire, le paysage de Collioure devant nos yeux avec une mer d'un bleu parfait.
