Very happy to find the cuisine always as inventive and tasty of La Bascule. We had a good night on my daughter's birthday.

for lunch it was perfect and eating excellent: dishes (fish) and gloomy the service was at the beginning not very friendly, proved to be professional.

Restaurant that takes place in a district known for its capital, it is proposed a gourmet cuisine to original and effective associations. Tastings include: French Green Aspergus, Pepper Juice and Dried Beef Spidered with Pork at the Plancha, Tomaté curry cream and udon pasta Cream with passion fruit, ganache with coriander, exotic fruit, ananas sorbet and green lemon The moment is very pleasant, attentive service and really good cuisine. 2 apartments: prices a little high (15% too expensive) the 2nd glass of wine of a low level (Côtes de Blaye).

I recommended this restaurant to my sister for her birthday. There were transport disruptions yesterday so we arrived 20 mins late than the time booked. Upon arrival the manager kept on telling me in front of all the customers that I was late that he should actually mark me as a ‘no show’. I would totally understand if the restaurant was full but there was space inside and outside.. we had the choice. This is Very disappointing given my first experience at la bascule last year was great. The waiter was very nice thought. I doubt I’ll go again.. the manager must be friendly with all customers. I was not expecting to be ‘told off’ given there was some space.

Locking all the restaurants of Vincennes, La Bascule is without any of the beautiful steps tested to date. The formula from noon to 20 or 26 euros makes very accessible dishes very well prepared and without staying on its hunger. The poultry press with foie gras is very well made, accompanied by a chocolate sauce and a truffled ice cream that is elegantly balanced. The mushroom lamelles of Paris, in decoration, make a little incongruous. One can see in the image that pressing is very well done, so the flesh is not dry, the foie gras is generous in quantity. The sarda fridge with mussels, eight and bulots are amazing for a billing at 6 euros. A perfect alliance on boot cheeks with their lobst...
