I really like this restaurant. The products are fresh and the dishes well executed. The truffle menu was delicious, and the wines, as usual, were perfect.

Every year we head to this restaurant for truffle meals. A pleasure, this happiness is beautiful and good the high price is justified. The service is simple and perfect with a warm and family side, the boss is adorable Thanks I recommend this place

Excellency. A demonstration around the truffle that recalls that the simplicity of the decor is not a defect. This level of gastronomy is usually boosted by an unnecessary pump, here is not the case. The chords smell textures, the taste is up. Surprises and originality are at the rendezvous with quality. Bravo. Very nice wine card.

L'endroit est parfais pour manger dans le calme. Tout est parfaitement préparé et le service est impeccable. La carte des vins extraordinaire. Ce n'est pas pour toutes les bourses, mais nous essayons de faire l'effort financier occasionnellement pour nous faire plaisir. Il est clair que si j'en avais les moyens j'irai au moins 1fois par semaine. Le menu change au grés des arrivages de produits frais. A chaque fois c'est la surprise, la bonne surprise.

Went to this restaurant on the advice of foodie friends. Particularly keen to have the summer truffle menu. Also stayed the night and had breakfast, which I’ll leave as a separate review. Wine list was enormous with very interesting selection and HAND WRITTEN. Was really impressed with the unfussy yet flawless service. The food was classic French cooking. The seasoning was exceptional. Textures all impeccable. If you want ‘fussy’ this is not your place. If you want to taste the work of an excellent chef, matched with faultless service: THIS IS YOUR PLACE. To add to this charming experience we ate outside under the trees. All in all a meal I’ll remember long into the future.

Michelin is so frustrating. We use it in conjunction w this site and other review sites as well as blogs and mags in an effort to dine rewardingly while traveling. On what planet does this place not get stars. Of course we did the truffle menu so we may have a skewed view but in all our years of truffle eating nothing has touched the simple yet perfectly performed dishes upon which the generous portions of black truffle are allowed to shine in all their brilliance. Couple that with the legendary wine cellar and you have enogastronirvana. Sure its rustic setting not dainty enough for the 3 star formula but 1 easily; 2 in my book. Classical cuisine excellent, with good products. But we come especially here for the wine map, which is fantastic, and for truffles. Perfect welcome. [Return in summer 2020. Wonderful lobster salad with foie gras and truffles (the great specialty of the restaurant). It is also one of the last places where we can offer villages of Lafon or Roumier at decent prices. One of our favorite tables in France, no doubt. [Back in May 2021, at the opening of the terraces. Always as well done, with so much professionalism.
