"The good paste didn't steal his name. The pizza dough is excellent, like any good Neapolitan pizza, the dough is fine and the edge is well stocked. Unlike other pizzas where the edges are drunk, here the dough remains light and it eats without difficulty. The ingredients are very fresh and it feels immediately. I ordered my 2 pizzas on site, they were just 10 minutes away, with the pizzaiolo show to wait. Please note, regarding the price that may seem high (10€ Margherita, ~14 for a more advanced pizza), pizzas make 34cm while in general we are being sold pizzas at 29 or 26! A very good gourmet address in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie! Careful, it's only to take you here"
