Unheated room. Formula where everything is extra. Canned pups, powdered sauce and even burned cream is industrial. Too bad because the bosses are welcoming.

Un accueil très agréable le repas était très bon et généreux, le plus est que les conseils sur la région (Sancerre) son judicieux. Par exemple des conseils pour trouver un producteur de vin et des visites de la région mais cette brasserie vaut le détour.

I stopped here for lunch, in winter it was the only restaurant that I could find open! But it turned out to be a very good choice. I chose the Plats de hours for €14, 3 courses and a carafe of white or red wine 3 or 4 choices for each course I went with local pâté, a veal meatball served on rice with mushrooms and local cheese. All the food was excellent, well made and tasty The bread was sublime and the white wine (local Sauvignon Blanc) pretty decent Amazing value for money, service was efficient and friendly A great find!
