"Excellent!!! I strongly recommend this restaurant where everything was perfect: a big thank you for the service, the waiter was excellent advice and adorable, divine food and the very friendly setting (I love marine blue???? damage that they are on vacation, I wanted to come back and it will be for the next holidays. I wish you a lot of beautiful things! excelente !!!! recomiendo mucho este restaurante donde todo fue perfecto: muchas gracias por el servicio, el camarero fue un excelente consejo y encantador, la comida divina y el entorno muy amable (me encanta el azul marino ??? lástima que estén de vacaciones, quería volver y será para las próximas vacaciones. ¡Te deseo muchas cosas hermosas!"

Es un pequeño y acogedor restaurante, el servicio es personal y agradable, los platos muy bien presentados y exquisitos, buen vino y ricos postres ciertamente volverán. Estamos de acuerdo con el propietario de Carla y el jugador de tenis que da nombre al restaurante.

had a wonderful dinner in la carlota. the server were very attentive and that was delicious. I had the schweinetaco (sorry do not know the Spanish names on the menu) and it was by far the best taco I had in a long time. the kewitsche was beautiful (although a bit sharp, so intentional when they are sensitive to spicy) and to finish, the bizcocho de chocolate was perfect, combined with mango sorbet and a kind of delicious crumbs. that was the best culinary experience I had on the island so far. highly recommended!
