"restaurant la chara (from a paradise on the warm coast of Murcia.We haven't been here for years but nothing has changed. the local is the same as always and it keeps the excellence in the food and in the service to start and I write literally the cheen tomato menu with cosicas (alcaparras, ventresca and piparricas a tomato salad and salazones halfway with the authentic murcian salad (the one that carries hard egg and tomato peeled) with a special home dressing. a delight!and a strong wild lubine roast dish. the owner, cristobal, is in charge of reminding us that this lubine roast is the best in the world. and it is. A homemade dessert of totanera pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream. coffees. beers, bell of the owner, and opaque.Christóbal and his wife maria josé have treated us with great affection and have told us the secret of the recipe of lubine roast, but it is secret and cannot be counted here. a few euros per person. a gift. We will come back whenever we can."
