"Passing through the region we came this evening to the Débotte after a rather difficult day. Plus I'm a tough vegetarian and so it's a bit complicated for restaurateurs. The smile of the young woman who welcomed us stayed with us throughout the evening. It was good and the atmosphere is extremely warm. Thank you for making this sad day brighter. I really regret that your restaurant is not in Dinan, we would have quickly become regulars."
