At the entrance of the village of carros, we have lunch in a pleasant setting to 10 people after the opening of the exhibition odv guillonet at the international centre of contemporary art. with the menu discovered at 33 € we had the choice between 3 entry, 3 courses and 3 desserts all composed of fresh products deliciously cooked and presented. A pleasure from the taste buds. this restaurant enjoys the appellation maîtres restaurateurs, and a plate to the michelin. Quick service.

in a small perched village, this restaurant is hidden with very qualitative dishes. small terrace in summer nice, but the real discovery is in the plate. dishes worked around the truffle, delicious foie gras, and a cocktail with violet to be tested compulsoryly!entrance: foie gras with spices and strawberry compote, or brie with truffle and extraordinary lavender!plat: rosé pluma and its truffle purée. dessert: irish coffee. It is delicious, the meat is melting, and the subtlety of truffles (generals) sublimates everything. a success.

this restaurant located at the entrance of the old village is a good address. warm welcome small terrace on a street or no single car card. We ate a pan-haired calf with a simple cooking juice apples and small vegetables. the **** is extremely soft and very copier thigh thigh. my wife took roast gambas (big 6 pieces) mellows cooked just good small vegetables apples grenailles -28€-. glass of arc rosé on argens 6€. 3 coffees, one offered for 68€. The dishes are cooked fresh the good quality products this forge is a very recommendable table. the indoor ceilings vaulted in the cellar are perhaps a little dark.

I arrived a little by chance in the surroundings and my faith chance does good things! very pleasant atmosphere, soft music in the background, and very warm welcome.
