"It was a small nice restaurant hidden away but its worth it as the Food was great!!! My colleague had steak and he said that it was one of the best steaks he ever had and I can only recommend their pasta. And from the...wall, I could see they had some prominents have dined there. The only thing I would recommend is to add more to their wine list."

The food was very well prepared...though the idea of a curried Italian pasta was rather curious. Nice that they have vegan options! I had the spicy vegan noodles, which were excellent.

Difficult. We've been commons years back when we lived in the neighborhood... coming back after many years has been disappointing...everything wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either mediocre I guess is the right word. Lesson learnt

"Wir wurden nach dem Eintreffen fix bedient, obwohl es sehr voll war. Das Essen kam für unsere Gruppe nach ca. 15 Minuten. Das Essen ist was wir gesehen und probiert haben sehr gut, auch das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist hier wirklich super. Leider bekamen wir danach keine neuen Getränke mehr, auch andere Gäste im Raum warteten schon länger auf jemanden der neue Getränke aufnehmen könnte. Wir haben uns dann entschlossen zu bezahlen und hatten dann Glück dann jemand kam. Aber auch hier ging nicht alles sauber. Jemand von uns am Tisch hatte seine EC Karte schon mal auf den Tisch gelegt, es wurde der Betrag fix erwähnt und bevor er überhaupt nach Trinkgeld fragen konnte wurde das EC Gerät einfach auf die Karte gehalten, welche noch auf dem Tisch lag. Es kam etwas harsch rüber, aber ich vermute die Kellnerin war auch im Stress. Beim Verlassen des Restaurants hatte ich auch kurz mit den Betreibern gesprochen die das mitbekommen hatten. In dem sehr freundlichen Gespräch sagte man mir dass sowas normalerweise nicht vorkommt und wir gerne nochmal wiederkommen sollen damit sie zeigen können dass es sonst besser läuft. Das glaube ich auch wohl. Da sonst alles wirklich gut war werden wir bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen."

"Poseidon is a Greek restaurant, on the junction of the Mecklenbecker Strasse and the Dingbängerweg, just kilometer south of Parkhotel Schloss Hohenfeld. There is ample parking space behind the restaurant; also behind the restaurant is a large garden with outside tables. On this occasion...we chose an outside table under a large tree because the sun was still in high gear on this evening. What shall I say about the Poseidon experience. We had a cosy, relaxed sit down, the service was professional and dedicated, the beer was cold and the food was not only very tasty and well prepared, but also served in large quantities. I am not afraid of a lavishly filled plate, but I just was able to finish my main course and the salad from the salad bar, after the garlic bread for starters. For guests with a smaller appetite I would suggest that two persons share one main course; this leaves room for a dessert. Actually, this was just the thing happening at a neighboring table. Poseidon means a relaxed sit-down, good service, good food, value for money and you won't leave the place hungry. That's for sure."

"A well-known, good dining area on the outskirts of Münster. The occasion of the visit was this time a birthday party with 7 people. The reception was attentively friendly. The space in which we fed has a feel-good character. All tables were very nicely covered. The service was attentive and customer-friendly. The rich food was very tasty, but had to be served hotter. Although 3 operators have ensured that all guests were given food at the same time as possible. The toilet is well maintained. Prices move towards a higher price segment. I'd go back to the restaurant at any time. It is ideal for hosting family celebrations. The restaurant offers relatively much free parking on site."

"Bei der Suche nach einer Alternative zum Hotelrestaurant sind wir auf das Pipavino Marlene & Martino gestoßen. Der Italiener ist vom Schloßhotel Hohenfeld in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Das Restaurant gibt es erst seit April in Münster auf dem Gelände des Tennis & Hockeyclubs.Die Karte ist übersichtlich mit Pasta, Pizza und einigen Fleischgerichten.Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und es wurde uns das Tagesgericht empfohlen.Wir hatten dann eine Pizza Salami und eine Pizza Tonno.Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, die Pizzen waren schön dünn, knusprig und absolut lecker. Wie man sie von einem guten Italiener erwartet. Preislich sind wir mit 7,60 bzw. 7.20 für die Pizzen auch mehr als zufrieden. Das Ambiente war sehr schön, elegant, modern aber gleichzeitig auch gemütlich und sehr einladend.Wir werden das Restaurant auf jeden Fall bald nochmal besuchen, schon allein, um die selbstgemachte Pasta zu probieren.Die Besitzer haben hier wirklich ein tolles neues Lokal geschaffen.Das einzige Manko ist, dass man von der Straße aus nicht erkennt, dass hier ein Restaurant ist. Vor allem im dunklen wäre ein beleuchtete Schild mit "Restaurant" hilfreich."

"Nicht falsch verstehen: Der ober Standard-Döner! Das heißt alle Zutaten wie man es kennt und in Ordnung!. aber nichts besonderes. Man kann den absolut essen, der ist nicht unter dem Standard (kennt man ja auch), aber nicht ehrgeizig. Muss ja auch nicht! In Mecklenbeck ist es der Einzige. Daher geht man eh dort hin, wenn man dort einen Döner will."
