"The atmosphere is lovely and authentic, and the service is excellent—these two aspects warrant a five-star rating. However, when it comes to the main focus of the visit, which is the food, I was let down. The pasta carbonara I ordered was a far cry from what a true carbonara should be; it contained none of the traditional ingredients, such as Parmesan cheese, pancetta, or guanciale. Instead, it was made with the cheapest ingredients and was overwhelmed by single cream, a dish I could easily make better myself. I don't mean to sound overly critical, but I have high standards when it comes to culinary experiences. I sincerely hope improvements can be made in this area."

The place needs a major redec. The veal was probably one of the worst we have had. The tomato sauce for the pizza quite poor. Shame what happened to the place.

three of four of us had the scollop and king prawn tagletelli from the special board. it was bland and the money was not worth it! pity, as I have made abundant experience in past.

Delicious food.Quaint place with a view of the Quay. Fillet steak was fab Risotto lovely and the Tiramisu was mouthwatering. Definitely recommend this place.The waiter was such a lovely funny man.We will be going frequently. And good decor too.Highly recommend.

This charming and welcoming Italian restaurant seems to be run by a lovely Italian family. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was enjoyable—especially the delicious pizzas. However, I found my carbonara to be a bit lacking in flavor, which was surprising. Despite that, I would still recommend this place!

Booked a table for five pre show meal. This restaurant never fails to deliver, the food was cooked to perfection. It’s a shame on this occasion we had to eat and go as we would normally have 3 courses and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff as usual are extremely friendly and can help with recommendations if needed. We ordered a collection from here this evening. Lovely friendly man on the phone, food was ready at arranged collection time and the food was all absolutely delicious! The seafood tasted lovely and fresh and we really enjoyed our dinner. Considering how nice it was even though ours was packaged up and collected, I can't wait to come and have a meal inside the restaurant

We just made it in time for last orders and enjoyed a delicious calzone pizza packed with hot, flavorful fillings. My friend and I both ordered the same thing, along with a pint of Coke, and had a nice catch-up. However, it felt like the staff were eager for us to finish up so they could go home, as they followed us out the door. The food was great and the service was good, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that we might have been a bit of a nuisance for arriving so late.
