The Italian gastronomy, especially Neapolitan, is a simple, peasant cuisine with few ingredients. So to be a very good pizzaiolo, you have to do miracles with nothing. Not simple! Raty in this case. The dough is any, the preparation of anche tomato. I chose a classic Calzone. I'd love calzone . 4 ingredients: tomato (already seen , ham (present ! , mozzarella (here ! and egg... egg ? By the way to Nîmes, a friend advises us this restaurant that was crowded to our arrival and there was the queue to access it, think to book before. Once installed the servers are all very pleasant and the food a pure feast for correct prices. A beautiful location, the enthusiasm is understandable.
