"I was told that it was the best cuckoo clock in Paris; I crossed the city to eat there and was happy to taste a generous Moroccan coucous like in the old days. We arrived at midday to an empty restaurant and received a welcome that I would describe as indifferent. Not a big deal because we didn’t come for salamalecs, but all the same, a minimum… As for the food: mmmyeah…. It was good but nothing exceptional. Not very filling either. Finally, €5 for an extra bowl of semolina seems very excessive to me. Only the cakes turned out excellent. The restaurant works a lot with people from the neighborhood and regulars, a sort of community... I don't think I'll go back there."

clearly: the best couscous I've ever eaten. The finesse of the dish was to fall down. My taste buds were at parties. Bravo!

Fréquentant très souvent ce restaurant , nous ne sommes jamais déçus . Les couscous ou tajines sont très bien réalisés. Accueil sympathique , service rapide , tout est réuni pour passé un excellent dîner . Prix correct . Visualizza piatti

almost a restaurant without fault. really good (plats or pastries, and mint tea, aaahh! and visibly very fresh. and we feel very well. We're talking to the bosses, the neighbors, it's possible here. without it being invaded either! in the heart of the food market, very pleasant, authentic.

La Ruche a Miel is a cosy restaurant serving real Moroccan food. Having actually lived in (not merely visited) Morocco, I can modestly say that I know good from poor Moroccan food, and what is offered at La Ruche is most definitely good. Add in a warm welcome and efficient and friendly service, and you have real value for money. So if you want a real Moroccan meal in Paris that doesn't break the bank, make a bee-line for La Ruche!
