"Not the experience I expected. The first dish had meat that was hard to cut (hadow to leave some of it). The fennel was also spiced into something that gave it a sub par taste. The second dish was okay, but the ravioli were slightly dry. The 3rd and 4th courts were very nice and were a redeeming factor, but even getting 1 dish so wrong is bad. The last dish was the cheese dish, I personally don't like that we couldn't choose the cheese. The cheeses on the plate were also cut with the same knife. What is good in itself, but they were not cut in the right order, which means that some of the soft cheese had mixed with the hard cheeses. The deserts were pretty good. The place is quite loud and they must find a way to make the place quieter. One of the forks we got was bent, which should not happen on this level. 3 stars are generous and could be given 1 or 2 for this bad effort. I hope they improve the next time."

Very good restaurant in the hotel, parking is free, which is really nice. The waiters are always very nice and friendly. Beautiful view of the lake and good menu.

The food is okay. Not enough VEGETARIAN option. Pay attention that they think vegetarian includes fish which I don't get. The food itself is good but in my eyes to pricy for what you get. View is awsome!

One of my favorite places ever, staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and you can fully trust their wine recommendation, never failed, I love local wine as well as wonderful selection of deserts, I can not forget top location, only wonderful place to be visited

The new 52 lunch offered in the Palafitte table is not only brilliant, it is absolutely anxious! After a rather long journey made in recent years from ups and downs, the kitchen and service finally reached a level close to perfection. In this context, the business menu cost CHF 52. and served within 52 minutes is certainly the best choice far around and a real USP. Thanks to the Palafitte, Neuchâtel, Bern, Zurich, Lausanne or Geneva compete in terms of hospitality and cuisine. If you're here, try it, you'll love it.
