We ask for the cachopo experience menu (it makes me funny the name and so I remember, geniuses of marketing). consists of three inners and a cachopo to choose for each two more dessert and coffee. There's a good variety of cachopos, with many awards, we asked for the cone and it was a pass to see how the cheese melted, it was very rich. the incoming super rich salad with a contrast of very cool flavors (manzana, cheese, red fruits, nuts. the presentation of all great. The chorkyths to the super rich cider and bread too. I'm not objective with the pymientics of the breed because I could spend my life eating just that. and dessert that I came with the menu, two huge pieces of cake that I don't know which one was any good, if the one with milk or chocolate. a past the site, there is no one starving. and well, the super attentive and very nice waiters. La primera vez en mi vida que una ensalada consigue sorprenderme! La verdad es que la de Cabrales estaba top! En general todo lo que hemos pedido estaba muy muy bueno, nos han atendido muy bien y es un sitio para repetir. No es barato, pero es lo de siempre, la calidad se paga... Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas! Un saludo y seguir haciendo las cosas igual porque sitios asi no abundan.
