"We were staying close by and went out late and wanted something simple and good. This is a great neighborhood hangout with lots of locals. The scene had lots of people on a Friday night and dance music playing inside. We went in and got what we wanted - an incredible salmon entree and a delicious Caesar Salad. We should have had oysters as they looked great. They had a great St. Emillon house wine which was very drinkable. Simple menu and in English too!"

I had a great lunch here. service was great. Eating was great, quickly came out, piping hot and well presented. the personal was very friendly, especially our English-speaking Dutch waiter. would definitely recommend this brasserie restaurant with its relaxed atmosphere and delicious meals. We passed in this place while visiting Bordeaux. We ordered a greek salad, pasta for our son and a steak. Food was served quickly and tasted ok. However the waitress was arrogant and we were clearly treated as tourists while this was mainly a local place. Disappointing to be treated like this.

We literally ducked in here to shelter from the rain and have a drink. The rain persisted and we had a sandwich which was excellent. As the rain came down harder washing over the electrics the guy told us were turned off we ended up stopping a while. It was a stroke of luck as the guys looked after us really well the food was good and the drinks were tasty.
