Très bon repas, lieu propre et bien tenu. L'attente était un peu longue, du fait qu'il n'y a qu'une personne en cuisine et une en salle, et les plats, bien que très bons, manquaient peut être de recherche, d'audace et de découverte pour un menu à plus de 50 euros. During our stays in the Hrault we usually book a table for two at I'Accent du Soleil'. It is always a delight to enjoy a refined gastronomic cuisine with adapted wines. The service is very swift even if several tables are occupied and as a foreigner you always get the necessary explanation if you dont understand the French names of the ingredients. All elements in every nicely decorated plate are home made.

Chef Philippe Combet orchestrated a true symphony of flavors at the restaurant 'L 'Accent du Soleil '. The scrambled egg casserole with truffles awakened our taste buds, followed by the rack of veal cooked in a casserole dish, a perfect harmony of textures and of tastes. Hats off to such refined and gourmet cuisine. A huge thank you also to the chef 's wife, who provided impeccable service. Her attention to detail, kindness and professionalism greatly contributed to making our experience exceptional. A service as perfect as the chef 's cuisine.
