"Hotel consists of two buildings, we were in the annex building. Check in in the main building with a key, always take it with you when you leave, as doors can only be opened with a key. Service is very poor, employees barely understand German, breakfast is okay. Buffet with enough sausage, cheese, jam, boiled egg or omelet. Fruit and vegetables, that was delicious. We only had overnight stay/breakfast, wanted to stop there in the evening... Food is ordered from the machine and only EC payment is possible. Drinks are self-service after ordering. Employees don't understand questions well. Sometimes there are drinks or dishes on the menu that you can't order from the machine. The standard rooms are ok, towels are not in order. In our case the curtain on the window was partly torn down, the bathroom door handle is broken, the bathroom is very smart. The shower is very small, water takes a long time to warm up. Otherwise ok so far. Room has balcony for smokers or quiet evenings, in the very very quiet place you can walk to the bobsleigh track, various hiking trails can be taken. we booked the hotel for a spontaneous short trip with the motorcycles. the first contact with the chef herr gröger was very friendly and gave hope for a great holiday. that was also not too much expected: very nice reception and a nice quiet room with the plätschernden stream just great! the food in the restaurant...tja, what should we say: top there the cook understands his craft. also the breakfast offered small, but fine everything the heart desires, even fresh breakfast room clean and tidy, bedding comfortable.
