I recently had my first experience dining at Lakeside and I must say, I was not disappointed. I opted for the vegetarian burger, which was simply amazing and packed with flavor. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly, making me eager to return and try more dishes.

I had breakfast here. even if a gray humid day we were still sitting outside on her verandah. the food was excellent. full English, teller were warm, eating was delicious. beautiful environment despite the weather. tense atmosphere, but above all the service was first-class, friendly profi. thank molly.

The ocean view was stunning, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. People were fishing and children were playing, creating a picturesque scene. After visiting this restaurant multiple times, I finally decided to check it out for myself, and I'm glad I did. It's located in a stunning log building overlooking the lake. The surroundings may have been under construction, but it still looked amazing, and the staff at the café were welcoming and friendly. I was so eager to dig into my meal that I forgot to take a photo, but I can't wait to visit again in the summer when the lake looks even more beautiful. Thank you for a truly refreshing experience.

Waited 20 min to get a drink as the lady behind bar had no idea what she was doing, not sure if she was new but she was definitely slow. I was served a drink in a glass full of dust and grease so asked to have another glass. Ordered a sirloin steak for me and my son but when it arrived realised it wasn't sirloin but a cheap cut of meat, we asked for medium and medium rare but both were chewie and hard, beyond well done. We asked for burger instead and that was edible but overall shocking. We've been there before and had no problem with the service or the food so not sure what's happened. Won't go there again I'm afraid.

I brought my grandson for lunch and ordered him chicken nuggets which were alright, although the bowl they were served in was not very clean. I ordered a ham and cheese toastie for myself which was horrible. The ham was fatty and lacked meat, and I even found a black hair stuck to my cucumber, making me feel very sick. When I brought this up to the server at the bar, he simply took it from me without any apology or acknowledgment. The prices were not cheap, so I will not be returning to this establishment. It seems like the owners do not care about the cleanliness and appearance of the place, nor do their staff prioritize customer service. Visualizza piatti
