"We organise a meal each year with my family, and Nicolas de l'ardoise has only privatized his restaurant for us. A menu was predefined before D-Day or each person could choose their menu from 2 entries, 3 courses and 3 desserts... We were warmly welcomed by his team, we had this impression of being home, friendly spirit, very pleasant. We enjoyed ourselves, fresh and local products, a real pleasure! Our children were able to play thanks to their little courtyard which lies behind the restaurant that he couldn't go out on the road so we were all serene. We had a good day!! Thanks to Nicolas and all his team who assured him very quickly"

I had a good time to taste a very good butter soup and bacon chips, a very good cod with its white butter risotto and to finish a very gourmet coffee, in short I enjoyed it. Not to mention a welcoming and dynamic team, I strongly advise you.

what happiness to come back to this restaurant, we are conquered by this place, reason or reasons rather first a welcome always as pleasant, a owner always listening and so friendly, it makes us so well share its products as well as its small producers and yes there are still people who have the love of real cuisine, in this way coconut cook is really extra, she loves what she does and we do

a delicious restaurant, with a perfectly pleasant team! we arrived at the end of the service and with a request for vegetarian dish the team was very friendly, offered us various things despite the success of the service and thus the difficulty of redoing the dishes. We were very well accompanied throughout the meal and especially by the waiters but also the leader, all 3 were smiling, fun, listening. The dishes were all very good, the wines too. we highly recommend you! again thanks and very soon Visualizza piatti

Very nice discovery... staff with small onions... with always an explanation of what is on our plate. For my part, I chose a dish, camembert whole AOP with raw milk, roasted with ginger curcuma, served with ham Serrano, Speck and green salad... a slaughter for the palace, the wedding of the ginger curcuma syrup with camembert, a delight. To accompany the dish, a small glass of white, "Pas St Martin on the advice of the manager. We feel the passion for gastronomy and wine and especially the desire to share.

Went here with my family yesterday. Nice place with v pleasant staff. Amazing wine selection. Food. Not cooked to order but a list of four main dishes plus a selection of starters. Food "I believe" is cooked elsewhere and marinated in slow cookers throughout the day. That said. Couldn't fault it. Had pigs cheeks in gravy with mashed potatoes. Was sublime. Coupled with the fact that the owner waited until we had selected our food before recommending a wine to compliment our choice was a nice touch. Slightly on the toppy side but I think worth a visit! "Brissac-Quincé is a delightful little town, with a good choice of restaurants. We found a parking spot on place Tertre (free, s it was lunchtime) and saw le Haut Tertre nearby.Outside, "le Haut Tertre" calls itself a crêperie: but it's more than that, as the menu outside shows. The terrace had several smokers, so we chose to eat indoors. The room is wood-floored, with plain wooden tables and chairs. The decor is mainly about bric-a-brac it seemed. The lunchtime menu du jour main course was rabbit: which looked and smelt delicious. But, with an outside temperature in the high 20's (°C) we felt a salad more appropriate. My wife chose Vrillaut (a regional charcuterie speciality) with capers; I chose the caribbean-spiced crab. It's difficult to say whose was the most delicious: I enjoyed my crab hugely but my tasting of the vrillaut was inviting, too. There were plenty of salad ingredients, in quantity. High marks for the bread too - nicely crusty. The house Loire white wine was lacklustre (after what we had been tasting that morning). For sweet my wife chose a crêpe with caramalised mandarin oranges, whilst I went for the sweet of the day - sliced fresh peaches in a gateau. My wife loved her's (too sweet for me); mine was a disappointment: the whole thing was too dry, even the peaches. With coffee for two (good quality), the bill came to €43: which we felt was a fair price."
