"We came here for bottomless brunch and was served by lil absolutely amazing service. she always kept our drinks full. I would recommend 100% lily is amazing. The bar man was amazing even one of the chefs came out to talk to us. Great team at this location. I would recommend 100% Great service Great drinks nice food."

I highly recommend the unlimited brunch, with a great selection of cocktails and food. The staff were all fantastic, especially our waiter James.

Went for my mums birthday with girly family and friends lovely cocktails (the bar tender was so attentive) and really tasty food! Definitely recommend ! Ola the waiters were all very attentive too!

Maddi and I had a wonderful time, Holly provided a great service and recommendation and had a good laugh with us. Would happily have stayed for more than the 3 hours we stayed just to drink and laugh with the staff

We attended here on Saturday lunch time. We both had the beef burrito and chips. The burrito was OK but mostly filled with plain white rice. Not an awful lot of taste and the chips were barely cooked. Would not recommend or visit again.

"Exquisite little hide out in the centre of Chelmsford.great ambience and wonderful wine. A particularly nice chocolate dessert wine. We visited one 13th April.rhe staff were so attentive and there was so much choice. The set menu was great value. I however, have a gluten and dairy allergy, and was offered a wonderful range of food including a dessert that wasn't sorbet. That really pleased me. Would I recommend? Absolutely"

"We had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant! I was pleasantly surprised to find the sea bass served whole—it was beautifully prepared and incredibly fresh and delicious. The seafood linguine was also exceptional! The prices are reasonable, and the service was very attentive. I highly recommend this place!"

"We decided to change locations simply because they serve the best sandwich in town. My go-to choice is a toasted thin granary bread with ham and their delicious homemade coleslaw, all served by one of their attractive servers. They also offer Sandwich Platters for parties, and I've heard they even provide entertainment with dancers."

"I've been here a couple times before with my wife, the food's always banging except for a rare time I was disappointed. It's a safe choice, we would definitely recommend it. Our usual go-to is a Pad thai but I've tried the Singapore laksa and char grilled duck and all 3 are delicious, definitely worth trying and portions are a very good size. There's usually a 2 for 1 mocktail offer too, which we always grab. We haven't really tried the desserts or starters, we had the gyoza once and they were okay, nothing special and same applies to spring rolls. The service and atmosphere is normally good but busy times like Friday nights can ruin it a little. Overall solid restaurant (which is also halal, just ask), the chain as a whole is consistently good."

"I was appalled at the quality of service from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, which was about When I arrived I was not asked if I would like a drink, and I wasn't asked throughout the whole meal. The waitress should have seen on the table that we only had tap water, and asked whether we'd like another drink. Then, we ordered our first round of hot food. I pressed the help button and after waiting for a good minutes for the waitress finally arrived. I felt it was too long. At this point in the evening there were three full tables in the whole restaurant so I thought the amount of time we had to wait was poor. Then the food started coming over, but the food didn't come altogether. A couple of dishes came and then a few more and a few more after that. This meant we didn't all eat together, we ate all at different times. I had ordered two dishes to eat at the same time and they didn't arrive at the same time. Very disappointing. The third order of hot food was beyond a joke. It was clear that one of the two waitress wasn't feeling very well (I overheard one of the chef's telling her to go home). She was our waitress. So, we ordered the third round of hot food. minutes later we still didn't have our food. In this time the chef was talking to the ill waitress. I then pressed the help button and I explained that we'd ordered some food and had been waiting a rather long time. I then look round at the waitress and chef and it was absolutely clear that the order didn't go through so it was only then that the food was starting to be cooked. The waitress who took the order explained that there's been lots of issues and she was sorry. As a customer paying for a meal, I don't care about the issues, I still expected good service and my food to turn up. Overall I thought the service was absolutely terrible. I will not be visiting this restaurant again and I will not be recommending the restaurant to anyone."
