Great from a critic a restaurant that refuses a child and dog it is the top. It's OK. I've never been there.

Perched at the top of the village this charming little restaurant overlooking a magnificent view. The welcome is very warm. The kitchen is excellent and the very smiling waitress is very good advice. Quality price on top . And the most are the toilets to see absolutely. Well done to the whole team. Daniel

We visited the Taverne on a visit to Mazamet and Hautpoul. A beautiful ancient village worth visiting. The gardens are absolute lovely. It was very quiet as it was a bit of a grey day. Maria. And the scottish lady in the taverne are both...very friendly and happy to talk to you. We only stopped for a drink but next time we will be back to sample the food as well. Don 't know what a previous reviewer 'Chris ' was expecting; perhaps gallopping wildebeest?
