"We had lunch and dinner for 3 days, which allowed us to test many dishes. And we loved it. The frame is carefully treated with a lot of taste. service is impeccable and fast. The charming boss. The cuisine of the Sebastian chef is extraordinary of invention, with products of a very large fraicher. Fish are perfectly well cooked as you like them and meats like that. All products of the sea are available (eight, lobster, spider..)In additions, we loved the salmon gravadlax with beet (see photo.) a delight (8,50€) or cold smoked salmon (9€). In dishes, the place net, the bar net or tuna are cooked as needed and accompanied by original vegetable ideas, mango. A treat! We loved the cute lamb in herbal crust with original potato croquettes. It was excellent. The desserts are also very good (the far, the gourmet coffee, the pavlova (picture). The wine menu is varied and very well formed in white and red wines. We loved this restaurant that we recommend and where we will return with great pleasure."

we have dinner on a beautiful terrace, sea view, taken at 6 without reservation, all adorable waitresses, delicious cuisine. dinner with smile and good mood!We were so good that we stayed to finish our evening bar the best restaurant on the island!

Nothing to say about the reception. The staff is listening and very nice. The meal was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it. only flat the service was a little long this Sunday and we didn't have time to taste the desserts so we could enjoy some of the island. A priori they were only in the kitchen that day, so it's not like that the other days, we'll be back with pleasure!

nice setting with sea view. very kind personal. Better book or come early. were served quickly. dishes taken: fish rillettes (extra in aperitif), red tuna with a risotto cake and vegetable tagliatelle (risotto and delicious vegetables but the tuna was cooking), chicken tagliatelles (a little too spicy with green curry), good gourmet coffee, strawberry tiramisu with a dashing breton sand background (it appeared more to a white cheese with strawberries). a friendly hotel to very good staff. the view is very pretty, the rooms on the back side on the trees seem more quiet than the sea view. Staff reactivity is to be emphasized. food side, not to mention exquisite refinement, very suitable for a large kitchen in terms of cutlery. We went to the cardinal every year to eat traditional seafood. result: disappointed first by the rate that increases years in years for a quality that is very much reduced. The buffet was once made of crab and half peat brushes, which disappeared to allow the place to spiders rather dry. Dairy oysters and unsealed bulots. correct veal jump but not awesome always the choice in inputs. the most are desserts with excellent chocolate mousse as well as fruit but lightening and industrial patisserie verrines. it is a pity that this establishment loses its quality while it has everything to be a great sign
