food is delicious with a reasonable price. The servers are good in English and very nice. the staff is nice, English is good and the food is delicious, ideal to relax and dinner, the price is cheap, I will certainly visit again next time

what a wonderful place. such friendly staff and so hospitable. an excellent choice of a stop, while waiting for the eurostar, so comfortable! right opposite the eurostar we sat outside on the paved, traditional French cafe style. fast, efficient. service and delicious coffee and tee. a family recovers time while watching the hectic and the trubel of men wonderful.

Lured us in with the false promise of something that wasn't bland (a Senegalese dish). Waited for us to order drinks then announced it wasn't available. Forced to select from the otherwise exclusively bland menu and thus endure a boring meal because of their misrepresentation....Shameful. That's my experience. I stopped for lunch on my thumb before I took my train. I warn that I have only one hour and service was fast. tartar and its fries houses excellent for a price more than correct. The staff is very friendly. Salads are also very good. in the multitude of restaurants in front of the north station, I choose it every time for its speed, the quality of the dishes, its always helpful staff even when the terrace is crowded and the multitude of beers offered in pressure!

As a change from our usual last meal at Terminus Nord, we went a few doors along to Le Champ Libre. Here we enjoyed the best onion soup ever, followed by an average bavette [skirt] steak as the rumpsteak had sold out. Service was excellent,...all done by one man and his wounded colleague behind the bar.The interior was simple and clean with room for our bags. And all much cheaper than down the street. We did miss the elegance of Terminus Nord but we did enjoy our visit.

I had my habits in this little restaurant that I found pleasant and friendly. I haven't been back there for almost a year, and last night's experience was catastrophic. The quality of the dishes was correct, but the rest. Let's pass on the music, much too strong and stop us on: nauseabond toilets. Even at the end of the day, it remains a reflection of the general hygiene of the restaurant- a well-oiled mouse (so probably well fed) walking quietly in the restaurant room.
