This is a buffet restaurant in a commercial area and it was full at lunch hour when we arrived. A server takes your drink order and then you are on your own. There were many, many hot and cold dishes including sushi, salads, spring rolls, nems, spare ribs, tempura shrimp and vegetables, fried calamakri, 3 types of dumplings and at least a half dozen hot dishes including lacquer duck, chicken in a spicy Thai sauce, three different beef dishes, and I frankly forgot the rest. There also is a do-it-yourself wok station where you select the raw chicken or beef or vegetables (or any combination of all three) and hand your plate to a chef who stir fries them with your choice of sauce.
