È una sorpresa molto positiva. I piatti sono davvero ottimi e la cameriera è sorridente ed energica. Il Tiramisù è straordinario, in quanto viene impregnato con caffè caldo al tavolo attraverso un guscio di cioccolato fondente che si scioglie. Delizioso! My family and I often stay at this hotel. This year we had the pleasure of seeing Michele again. I would like to praise Michele because he even remembered how much it was our last time. His service is always impeccable. Dietary restrictions: I am intolerant to black pepper and Michele advised me on what to eat and what not to eat. Before my flight I called to have some food and I asked for a pizza with no mushrooms because I don't like them In my pizza. So I asked him please don't put mushrooms in the pizza. The pizza came with mushrooms in the pizza. The Waiter totally didn't listen to me. Again when I said that I don't want mushrooms. Wouldn't recommend this place for a visit thay really need to listen to the customer. My last meal in Italy at the hotel restaurant. The menu had a lot of fancy food names and all I wanted was good Italian pasta. I asked for a pasta pomodoro, no cheese and the sauteed spinach. The pasta was well cooked and the sauce was good. The spinach had a touch of heat and was also good. Service was fast and very friendly. This being an hotel restaurant I expected the price to be high. Vegetarian options: Yes, both items I ate were dairy free and well indicated on the ticket. The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Rome Airport and therefore is very convenient for those who are at the hotel and do not want to travel by taxi or go to the airport terminals. Furthermore, the kitchen hours are extended and for this reason we were able to have lunch even at 3 in the afternoon. The dishes are tasty and well presented. The menu is varied with options of meat, fish, pizza, sandwiches, desserts, etc. Definitely recommended and all the dishes we tasted were delicious. Il ristorante era quasi vuoto, con servizio rapido, una bella posizione e in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo ordinato una lasagna al ragù fatta in casa che avrebbe potuto essere molto migliore (non presente nel menu fisico ma disponibile online) e un lombetto di agnello (secco e con una consistenza simile a quella della gomma da masticare) servito con patate senza sale e senza sapore. Il pane fatto in casa e la focaccia erano superbi. I mocktail erano deliziosi e ben presentati, sia il camino che il frost rosa. Le aspettative non erano alte, considerate le recensioni contrastanti, ma WOW. Abbiamo iniziato con la loro Insalata Caprese, seguito dai Paccheri con Ricotta e Carciofi Fritti e la Guancia di Vitello per i piatti principali, e per dessert il Parfait al Cioccolato. Potrebbe essere un menu speciale per le festività, ma ci ha davvero impressionato. Tutto era delizioso, saporito ma anche ben bilanciato, cotto alla perfezione. Il servizio è stato meraviglioso e a un ritmo giusto. Che modo perfetto di concludere il nostro viaggio in Italia!
