It's a very good surprise. The dishes are very good and the waitress is smiling and energetic. The Tiramisù is formidable, impregnating it with hot coffee at the table through a shell of dark chocolate which melts with it. Yummy! My family and I often stay at this hotel. This year we had the pleasure of seeing Michele again. I would like to praise Michele because he even remembered how much it was our last time. His service is always impeccable. Dietary restrictions: I am intolerant to black pepper and Michele advised me on what to eat and what not to eat. Before my flight I called to have some food and I asked for a pizza with no mushrooms because I don't like them In my pizza. So I asked him please don't put mushrooms in the pizza. The pizza came with mushrooms in the pizza. The Waiter totally didn't listen to me. Again when I said that I don't want mushrooms. Wouldn't recommend this place for a visit thay really need to listen to the customer. My last meal in Italy at the hotel restaurant. The menu had a lot of fancy food names and all I wanted was good Italian pasta. I asked for a pasta pomodoro, no cheese and the sauteed spinach. The pasta was well cooked and the sauce was good. The spinach had a touch of heat and was also good. Service was fast and very friendly. This being an hotel restaurant I expected the price to be high. Vegetarian options: Yes, both items I ate were dairy free and well indicated on the ticket. Il ristorante era quasi vuoto, servizio rapido, bella posizione e zona tranquilla. Abbiamo ordinato una lasagna fatta in casa al ragù che avrebbe potuto essere molto più meglio (non presente sul menu fisico ma disponibile online) e lombetto di agnello (sentimento secco e masticato) servito con patate senza sale e gusto. Il pane fatto in casa e la focaccia erano superbi. I mocktail erano deliziosi e veramente ben presentati, sia camino che gelo rosa. The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Rome Airport and therefore is very convenient for those who are at the hotel and do not want to travel by taxi or go to the airport terminals. Furthermore, the kitchen hours are extended and for this reason we were able to have lunch even at 3 in the afternoon. The dishes are tasty and well presented. The menu is varied with options of meat, fish, pizza, sandwiches, desserts, etc. Definitely recommended and all the dishes we tasted were delicious. Le aspettative non erano elevate date le recensioni miste, ma WOW. Abbiamo avuto il loro Caprese Salad per iniziare, Pacchieri con Ricotta e Fried Artichoke e la guancia di vitello per la nostra rete, e il Parfait di Cioccolato per la cena. Potrebbe essere un menu di vacanza speciale, ma ci ha davvero impressionato. Tutto era delizioso, saporito ma anche ben bilanciato, cucinato alla perfezione.
