"The food was very very good: the two-star review was for the service at the restaurant. We had better service at the beachside chip restaurants in Coutainville. The young staff was inattentive: water glasses unfilled, dishes uncleared, left on our own for maybe 10-15 minutes before anyone came to look after us. Although we clearly stated at the time of the reservation (weeks ahead of time), and restated on arrival, that our party included a vegetarian and a seafood allergy, those two had to wait ages for their food, which made everyone else keep waiting, too. And the waitstaff consistently served them the wrong food. I'm not a stickler or a whiner, but for a prix fixe in a mostly-empty restaurant, this is unacceptable: for one with a Michelin star and prices to match, it's disastrous. Stick with Le Salicorne or one of the other excellent local options... Michelin or no Michelin."

"A disaster ! I recently visited the restaurant “Les Dunes” and unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. Upon arrival, I was greeted in an unfriendly manner after 15 minutes, which immediately created an unpleasant atmosphere. The service throughout the evening was disappointing for just drinks as there is a selection of customers for dinner, overall I am really disappointed with this experience and I do not recommend the restaurant “Les Dunes. » ! “Mr Director” you can change jobs if it’s not your passion!!"

"Nous sommes arrivés à deux sans réservation (je vous conseil de réserver car le restaurant se remplit vite et beaucoup de table réservé . Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment correct, pizzas excellentes faites maison ainsi que le dessert (mousse au chocolat . Services rapides avec personnels super agréables et souriants. Là décoration de la salle est vraiment top. Je recommande sans aucun soucis, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Service: Dine in"

"Very shared reviews on this crowded place on the weekend! The restaurant is very well placed and the family atmosphere, a little like home. However, it was difficult to place and order. We waited for more than 1 hour to have only fries and were not warned that there were no more oysters. Too bad, the concept to the right franquette is attractive but service and communication with customers are to be reviewed. To try in a week where you can, as they say, enjoy this pleasant place in front of oyster parks."
